The /shop page is built with 6 product slots. The following decisions need founder approval before removing noindex.

Decisions needed

1. Production partner

Options: Printful (print-on-demand, no inventory), Printify (similar), Shopify Collective, own warehouse Recommendation: Printful for v1 (zero inventory risk, global shipping built-in)

2. Initial budget

Options: $500 (stickers only), $2K (stickers + tees), $5K (full line) Current: Page supports all 6 products but can launch with subset

3. Activation timing

Question: Q3 2026 or sooner? Depends on: production partner setup, photo shoots, inventory

4. Free-sticker eligibility

Options: Any tier, Solo+ only, trial converters only Current: “Free with any signup” (broadest eligibility) Location to change: apps/marketing/src/pages/shop.astro sticker callout section

5. Stripe product IDs

Need: One Stripe product per SKU (tshirt, hoodie, notebook, mug, cap) Action: Create in Stripe dashboard, wire to checkout buttons Currently: Button shows alert placeholder

To go live

1. Founder picks production partner
2. Set budget and initial product run
3. Get product photos (or approve FairStack-rendered mockups)
4. Create Stripe products for each SKU
5. Wire checkout buttons to Stripe
6. Remove noindex from shop.astro
7. Set up Klaviyo trigger for free-sticker-with-signup flow
