Cancel anytime

The short version

You can cancel your mani subscription at any time from your account settings. No phone call, no retention team, no "are you sure?" loop. Click cancel, confirm, done. Your access continues through the end of your paid period.

How to cancel

  1. Go to Settings > Billing in your mani dashboard
  2. Click "Cancel subscription"
  3. Choose: cancel immediately or at end of billing period
  4. Confirm

That is it. Four steps. Under 30 seconds. If you cannot find the cancel button, email support@maniai.com and we will cancel for you within 24 hours.

What happens to your work

Day 0:You cancel. Access continues through end of paid period.
End of period:Account downgrades to Free. Brand DNA and library become read-only. Generation stops beyond Free tier limits.
Day 1-30:Export window. Download all approved ads, Brand DNA reports, and campaign data.
Day 30:Data permanently deleted. Brand DNA, generation history, approved ads, campaigns. Not recoverable.

Export your data before day 30. Go to Settings > Export to download everything as a ZIP file.

Pause vs cancel

Consider pausing instead

If you are pausing ad spend for a season, going on vacation, or just need a break, pause your account instead of canceling. Pausing preserves all your data indefinitely with no charges. Resume anytime and pick up where you left off.

Pause from Settings > Billing > "Pause subscription."

Reactivation

Changed your mind? Reactivate from Settings > Billing at any time.

  • Within 30 days: all data restored. Brand DNA, ads, campaigns, everything exactly as you left it.
  • After 30 days: data has been deleted. You start fresh with a new Brand DNA extraction. Your account is ready but your history is gone.

Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions can be cancelled to prevent renewal. Your access continues through the end of the annual period. No partial-year refund for cancellations after the 14-day refund window. See our refund policy for details.

Questions

Will I lose my ads when I cancel? +

No. You have 30 days after cancellation to export all approved ads, Brand DNA reports, and campaign data. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.

Can I pause instead of canceling? +

Yes. Pause your account from Settings > Billing. Your data, Brand DNA, and library are preserved. No charges while paused. Resume anytime.

What happens to my Brand DNA? +

Your Brand DNA is preserved for 30 days after cancellation. If you reactivate within 30 days, everything is restored. After 30 days, the data is deleted.

Can I reactivate after canceling? +

Yes. Reactivate from Settings > Billing anytime. If within 30 days, your data is restored. After 30 days, you start fresh with a new Brand DNA extraction.

Do I get a refund when I cancel? +

Monthly: access continues through the end of your paid period. No partial-month refund. Annual: see our refund policy for pro-rata terms.
