Agreement

By using ManiAI ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. These terms are between you and ManiAI ("we," "us").

What ManiAI does

Mani is an AI marketing tool. You give us a website URL, we extract brand DNA, you describe ads you want, we generate copy + images. You publish them to your social/ad accounts via OAuth connections you authorize.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Generate content that infringes someone's intellectual property
  • Generate content that's hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit
  • Scan websites you don't own or have permission to use as brand input
  • Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
  • Use the Service for spam, phishing, or any deceptive marketing
  • Resell access to the Service without our written approval

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

You own:

  • Your brand DNA scans
  • The ads Mani generates for you
  • Your account data + library

You grant us a license to process this data to deliver the Service. We don't claim ownership of anything you generate.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to scan the websites you submit and to publish the resulting ads on your social/ad platforms.

Billing

Free tier: limited generations per month, no credit card required. Pro tier: monthly subscription via Stripe. see pricing.

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account. access continues until the end of your paid period. No refunds for partial months. We honor any free credits you've earned.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee it. We may have planned downtime for maintenance. Major outages will be communicated via email + status page when one exists.

Termination

You can delete your account any time from your account settings. We can terminate yours for violations of these terms with reasonable notice.

After termination, your data is deleted within 30 days unless legal retention applies.

Disclaimers + liability

The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific marketing performance from generated ads. AI output may occasionally be wrong, off-brand, or unsuitable. review before publishing.

Our liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months. Some jurisdictions don't allow this cap; in those cases, the cap is the maximum allowed by law.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Austin, Texas, unless required otherwise by your local consumer-protection laws.

Changes

We'll email you about material changes. Continued use after changes go live = acceptance of the updated terms.
