Terms of service
The deal between you and Mani, in plain English.

These terms are between you and Mani ("Mani", "we", "us"). They cover maniai.com, the Mani app and everything Mani makes for you, which we call the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. What Mani does
1.1 Learning your brand
Mani reads the public pages of a website you give it and writes a Brand DNA profile: your look, your voice, your products and your customers.
1.2 Making and posting content
From that profile, Mani makes short videos in Burst Mode, ads and videos in AI Studio, campaign plans and posts, and answers in Chats. When you connect social accounts, Mani can publish or schedule posts to them on your instruction.
2. Your account
2.1 Your details
Give us accurate details and keep them up to date. You’re responsible for what happens in your account, so keep your sign-in secure and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
2.2 Brands
Each plan covers a set number of brands. A brand is added when Mani reads its website, and it uses one of your plan’s brand slots.
3. Plans, credits and payment
3.1 Plans
Every new account starts with a free trial that costs nothing and lasts 7 days. After it, you can still see, download and delete what you made, and you need a plan to make more. Solo, Growth and Agency are paid monthly or yearly through Stripe and renew on their own until you cancel. Each renewal is charged the day before the new period starts. A yearly plan costs the same as 10 months.
3.2 Changing plans
Moving to a bigger plan starts it at once and charges its full price, and what’s left of the earlier period isn’t refunded. Moving to a smaller plan starts at your next renewal.
3.3 Your price stays put
When you subscribe, you keep that version of your plan, with its price and allowances, until you choose to change plans.
3.4 Credits
AI Studio, campaign posts and extra social accounts use credits. Monthly credits end with your billing period. Top-up credits and welcome credits end 12 months after they’re added. Credits that end soonest are used first. Credits have no cash value and can’t be moved to another account.
3.5 Work that fails
If a piece fails to render, the credits held for it come back to you.
3.6 Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t refund partial periods, unless the law where you live says we must.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Mani to:
- Make or post content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights.
- Make content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or deceptive.
- Read websites you don’t own or don’t have permission to use as brand input.
- Send spam, run phishing or publish misleading ads.
- Copy, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, or resell access to it without our written permission.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
5. Your content
5.1 What you own
You own your Brand DNA, the files you upload and everything Mani makes for you. We don’t claim ownership of any of it.
5.2 What you let us do
You give us permission to store and process your content only so we can run the Service for you.
5.3 Your responsibility
You’re responsible for having the rights to the website you give us, the files you upload and the posts you publish.
6. Connected social accounts
When you connect an Instagram, TikTok or YouTube account, you let Mani publish and schedule posts to it, only when you ask. Posting runs through a publishing partner, and each platform’s own terms still apply to what you post. You can disconnect an account at any time.
7. Content made with AI
Mani uses AI models to write and make content. What they produce can be wrong, off-brand or unsuitable, so look over every piece before you post it. We don’t promise any particular result from your posts or ads.
8. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Mani running, but we can’t promise it will always be available. We may take it down for planned maintenance, and we may change or remove features over time.
9. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with reasonable notice where we can give it. Once an account is closed, we delete its data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow this limit; there, it applies as far as their law permits.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Disputes will be settled in the courts of Austin, Texas, unless the consumer protection law where you live says otherwise.
12. Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, we’ll email you before it takes effect. Smaller updates show up here with a new date at the top. Using Mani after a change means you accept the updated terms.
