Cancellation and 14-day money-back guarantee

Mani offers a straightforward cancellation process and a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. We want you to stay because the product is valuable, not because cancelling is confusing.

How to cancel

1. Go to Settings > Billing from the main navigation.
2. Click "Cancel subscription" at the bottom of the billing page.
3. Choose whether to cancel immediately or at the end of your current billing period.
4. Optionally tell us why (feedback helps us improve, but it is not required).
5. Confirm the cancellation.

What happens when you cancel

• Immediate cancellation: Your plan downgrades to Free instantly. You keep access to your Brand DNA and approved ad library in read-only mode. Generation stops beyond the Free tier limit of 20 per month. Brand Radar tracking pauses. Campaign Studio becomes read-only.
• End-of-period cancellation: You keep full access to all features until your current billing period ends, then automatically downgrade to Free. Most users choose this option to get full value from their remaining paid days.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment on any paid plan, you get a full refund. No questions asked. You can request the refund by emailing support@maniai.com or by clicking "Request refund" in the cancellation flow. Refunds process within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. This guarantee applies to your first payment only, not to recurring monthly charges.

Data retention after cancellation

After cancellation, your Brand DNA, generation history, approved ad library, campaign data, and Brand Radar archive are kept for 90 days. If you resubscribe within 90 days, everything is restored exactly as you left it. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted. We send a reminder email at 60 days and 80 days if you have not returned.

Re-subscribing

You can resubscribe at any time from Settings > Billing. Choose any plan. Your data is restored instantly if you are within the 90-day retention window. If you return after 90 days, you start fresh with a new Brand DNA extraction.
