Multiple brand profiles (Solo vs Studio)

Managing multiple brands under one account.

If you run multiple brands, manage client accounts, or operate a portfolio of products, Mani supports multiple Brand DNA profiles under one account. Each brand is completely independent with its own identity, queue, and library.

Plan limits

  • Free: 1 brand
  • Starter ($29/mo): 3 brands
  • Pro ($79/mo): 5 brands
  • Studio ($299/mo): Unlimited brands

Adding a brand

Click "Add brand" on your dashboard. Paste the new brand's URL. Mani runs a fresh Brand DNA extraction for that brand. Each brand gets its own DNA card, generation history, approved library, and daily queue. Brand limits are based on active brands. You can archive a brand to free up a slot without deleting its data.

Switching brands

Use the brand switcher in the top navigation bar. Select the brand you want to work with. All generation, queue, and library views switch to that brand's context instantly. The brand switcher shows each brand's name, logo (if uploaded), and primary color for quick visual identification.

Solo vs Studio mode

Solo mode shows one brand at a time. This is the default for Free, Starter, and Pro plans. You switch between brands using the brand switcher. Studio mode (available on Pro and Studio plans) shows a consolidated dashboard with all brands visible at once: their queue status, generation counts, and recent approvals. Studio mode is designed for agencies managing multiple clients who need a portfolio-level overview.

Cross-brand consistency

Each brand's generations are completely independent. Brand A's DNA never influences Brand B's output. This is intentional: each brand should feel uniquely itself. If you want two brands to share elements (like tone), set them up independently with the same values rather than trying to link them.

Team access

On Studio plans, you can invite team members and assign them to specific brands. A team member with access to Brand A cannot see Brand B's content unless granted explicit access. This is useful for agencies where different account managers handle different clients.
