Pausing the queue

Stop daily generation temporarily without losing your settings.

Going on vacation, pausing ad spend, or just need a break from reviewing? Pause the daily queue without affecting anything else in your account.

How to pause

Go to Settings > Queue. Toggle "Daily queue" off. The queue stops generating immediately. No ads will be generated overnight while the queue is paused. Your existing queued ads (any unreviewed ads from before the pause) stay in place until you review them.

What pausing does NOT do

  • Does not delete queued or approved ads. Everything in your library is preserved.
  • Does not affect your Brand DNA. Your brand identity stays exactly as configured.
  • Does not cancel your subscription. You remain on your current plan.
  • Does not reset your monthly generation count. Your counter continues from where it was.
  • Does not consume generation credits. Paused queues cost nothing.

Resuming

Toggle the queue back on from Settings > Queue. New ads appear the next morning at the usual time (2-5am in your timezone). The queue picks up where it left off with your latest Brand DNA and settings. If you made Brand DNA edits while paused, the resumed queue uses the updated values.

Pause vs cancel

Pausing is free and instant. Your account, Brand DNA, approved library, generation history, and all settings remain fully intact. You can resume at any time. Cancellation removes your subscription (with 14-day refund window) and downgrades you to the Free plan. Your data is kept for 90 days in case you return, but you lose access to paid features immediately or at the end of your billing period.

Seasonal pausing

Some brands pause their queue during low-spend months and resume before peak seasons. For example, pause in January-February when ad spend is low, then resume in September to start building BFCM creative. This is a perfectly valid workflow. When you resume after a seasonal pause, the queue catches up with your latest Brand DNA, so any product or branding changes you made during the pause are reflected in the first batch of new ads.
