After generating or receiving ads in your daily queue, the next step is reviewing and approving them for use. The approval flow is designed to be fast and decisive.
The approval flow
Each ad in your queue shows: the creative (image or storyboard), headline, body copy, CTA, and the platform it is optimized for. You have three actions:
- Approve (thumbs up): Moves the ad to your approved library. It is ready to download or export to your ad platform. The algorithm learns from your approvals to generate more content in a similar style.
- Variant (branch icon): Generates 3 new variations using the same angle but different hooks or layouts. Use this when the direction is right but the execution needs iteration. Variant generation takes about 30 seconds.
- Skip (X): Archives the ad. It will not appear again but is not permanently deleted. You can access skipped ads from the archive view if you change your mind later.
Bulk actions
Select multiple ads using the checkbox in the top-right corner of each ad card. Then approve or skip them together. This is useful when you want to process a full day's queue quickly. You can also select all ads in the queue with the "Select all" button above the grid.
Exporting approved ads
From your approved library, select ads and click Export. Choose your destination: download as PNG/JPG with resolution options (1x, 2x), or connect Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager for direct push. Each export automatically adjusts the ad to the platform's native format and size requirements.
Tips for reviewing
Focus on the hook first. If the first line does not grab attention, the rest does not matter. Approve ads where the hook works, then iterate on body copy separately using Campaign Studio if needed. Do not aim for perfection on every ad. Instead, approve anything good enough to test, and let the ad platform's algorithm determine the winner. Volume of quality creative beats one perfect ad.
