Risks (honest version)
- We're early. Not every feature is built yet. You're buying into the roadmap, not a finished product.
- If we run out of money before SOC 2, your lifetime deal stays valid. Your access doesn't disappear because we're tightening our budget.
- If we shut down, you get refunded. We hold a reserve for lifetime deal holders specifically for this scenario.
- Solo features only. If you need team features, Brand Radar, or API access, the lifetime deal won't cover those. Subscribe to a higher tier instead.

Is the $199 really a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay once. You use Mani forever. There is no recurring charge, no annual renewal, and no hidden fees. Your Stripe receipt will show a single charge.
What happens if Mani raises prices?
Your deal stays locked. If the Solo plan goes from $19.99/mo to $29.99/mo next year, you keep paying $0/mo because you already paid your lifetime fee. You are grandfathered at the feature set of the Solo tier.
Can I upgrade to Studio or Scale later?
Yes. Your lifetime deal covers the Solo tier. If you want Studio or Scale features, you can subscribe to those tiers at the regular monthly price. Your lifetime Solo access remains active underneath.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund within 14 days. No questions asked. Email support or click the refund link in your purchase confirmation. You get your money back within 5 business days.
Can I transfer the lifetime deal to someone else?
No. Lifetime deals are tied to the purchasing account and are non-transferable. This prevents deal reselling and protects the supply cap.
What if Mani shuts down?
If Mani ceases operations, all active lifetime deal holders receive a prorated refund based on months of usage. We hold a reserve specifically for this scenario. Transparency is part of our brand.
