This report combines three data sources. First, published platform benchmarks from Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google (publicly available Advantage+ and Campaign Manager reports, Q4 2025 through Q1 2026). Second, third-party research from WordStream, AdEspresso, Triple Whale, and Klaviyo (published reports, cited per chart). Third, anonymized performance data from our own portfolio of 12 brands running AI-generated ads via mani and FairStack (1,200+ ads, $180K+ total ad spend, Oct 2025 through Apr 2026). Every chart cites its source. Where our data is small-sample or directional, we say so.

Brand DNA grounding is mani's core thesis. These numbers come from our own portfolio and are directional, not definitive. Our sample (12 brands, $180K spend) is too small for statistical certainty. We share them honestly because the direction is consistent: brand-trained AI creative outperforms generic AI creative on every metric we track.

Leading with customer quotes or review counts before showing the product. Outperforming product-first by 1.4x on Meta.
UGC-style production
Phone-recorded, unpolished, talking-head format. Outperforming studio production on TikTok by 2.1x CTR.
Problem-agitate without solution
Ads that describe the pain without revealing the product until the CTA. 1.8x higher click-through on Meta Stories.
Comparison transparency
