Brand DNA configs
JSONAll brand profiles: tone, audience, colors, products, visual style. Machine-readable, versioned schema.
Generated assets
ZIP (PNG/WebP)Every ad, social post, email header, and UGC piece generated. Original resolution.
Generation metadata
CSVPrompts, aspect ratios, vibe selections, generation timestamps, approval status. One row per generation.
Collaboration data
JSONComments, threads, approvals, team activity. Includes @mentions and timestamps.
Account data
JSONProfile, subscription history, billing events, API key metadata (keys themselves not exported for security).
How to export
Self-serve: Go to Settings > Data > Export. Select what you want. Download starts immediately for small accounts. Large exports are emailed as a ZIP within 24 hours.
API: GET /api/v1/me/export returns a signed download URL. Pass ?type=brand-dna|assets|metadata|all to select scope.
Bulk delete: Settings > Data > Delete Account Data. Removes all Brand DNA, generated assets, and metadata. Irreversible. Billing records retained per legal requirements.
Migrate to another tool
We export in standard JSON and CSV. If you switch to another tool, your Brand DNA profile, generated assets, and metadata go with you. We do not hold your data hostage. If the other tool accepts JSON import, the transition is one download and one upload.
GDPR Article 20
Under GDPR Article 20, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. mani's export fulfills this right. JSON and CSV are machine-readable. The export is self-serve and available at any time. No waiting period, no approval needed, no fee.
