Discovery call with founder + CSM: understand your portfolio, team structure, creative workflow, and integration requirements. Brand DNA extraction for all brands (up to 50 in first week). Workspace configuration: team seats, roles, brand assignments.
Week 2: Team training
Live training session for your team (recorded for future reference). Role-specific walkthroughs: admin setup, media buyer workflow, designer workflow, manager oversight. Integration setup: Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn connections. SSO configuration if applicable.
Week 3: First campaign
Generate your first real campaign across all brands. Approval workflow: daily queue review process established per team member. Export to ad platforms: verify ads appear correctly in Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn. Brand Radar setup: add competitors for each brand.
Week 4: Review and handoff
30-day review with CSM: activation metrics, generation volume, team adoption, approval rates. Optimization recommendations: Brand DNA tweaks, queue settings, template preferences. SCALE handoff: transition from onboarding to ongoing account management. Quarterly Business Review (QBR) schedule confirmed.
Ongoing support
Named CSM for quarterly reviews. Priority support queue. /academy access for new team members. Feature request pipeline through CSM. Annual contract review and pricing optimization.
Success metrics
We track: time to first ad (target: under 24 hours of onboarding start), team activation rate (target: 80% of invited users active within 2 weeks), generation volume (target: 100+ ads in first month), approval rate (target: 40%+ within 30 days).
