· WHAT IT DOES ·

See the next 90 days of creative

The 3-Month Content Calendar is a visual planning surface that connects your marketing calendar to Mani's generation engine. Instead of thinking about creative one campaign at a time, you see the next 90 days laid out with every product launch, seasonal event, sale, and content theme mapped to specific dates. Each calendar slot carries a campaign brief that tells Mani what to generate. When an event enters the 14-day pre-generation window, creative starts appearing in your morning queue, tagged with the event it belongs to. By launch day, you have a library of approved, on-brand creative ready to publish. This eliminates the most stressful part of marketing operations: the last-minute scramble. No more "we launch Friday and we have no creative." No more emergency Canva sessions at midnight. No more pulling a designer off another project because someone forgot to brief the holiday campaign. The calendar makes creative production predictable. You plan once, Mani generates on schedule, you review daily, and everything is ready when you need it. Agencies use it to manage campaign timelines across multiple clients. Ecommerce brands use it to pre-plan seasonal campaigns from BFCM to Valentine's Day to Back to School. SaaS companies use it to align product launch creative with their release calendar.

· HOW IT WORKS ·

Three steps to a planned quarter

  1. 1
Set your events and launches. Open the 90-day calendar view and start adding events. Product launches, sales, seasonal moments (BFCM, Valentine's Day, Back to School), content themes, partnership announcements. Import events from Google Calendar or Outlook with one click. Each event gets a brief: what are you promoting, which products, which audience segment, which platforms, which vibe. A template library helps you fill in the brief in under a minute per event.
  2. 2
Mani maps creative to each date. The system reads your calendar and creates a generation plan. For each event, it knows what creative to produce, when to start generating, and how many variations to create. Events entering the 14-day pre-generation window trigger automatic creative production. The generated ads appear in your morning queue tagged with the event name. You can see at a glance which events have approved creative and which still need review.
  3. 3
Pre-generate and schedule. As each event approaches, your approved creative library grows. By launch day, you have multiple variations ready to publish across all target platforms. Schedule publishing directly from the calendar or export approved assets for manual upload. The calendar shows a status badge on each event: "Generating," "Review Needed," "Approved," or "Published." Nothing falls through the cracks because everything is visible in one view.

Real scenarios, real planning

BFCM prep starting in September

Black Friday is 90 days away. You add the event to your calendar: "BFCM 2026 Sale: 30% off sitewide." You set the pre-generation window to 21 days (extra lead time for the biggest sale of the year). In early November, your morning queue starts filling with BFCM creative across Meta, TikTok, Instagram Stories, and email headers. By November 20th, you have 40+ approved variations ready to deploy. While your competitors are scrambling the week of, you are already scheduled and calm.

Product launch sequence

You are launching a new product line in 6 weeks. The calendar lets you map the full sequence: teaser creative (4 weeks out), pre-order announcement (2 weeks out), launch day hero ads, and post-launch social proof creative (1 week after). Each phase gets its own brief. Mani generates creative for each phase as it enters the pre-generation window. Your launch goes from a single frantic day to a smooth, planned sequence with creative ready at every stage.

Seasonal planning across platforms

Your ecommerce brand runs campaigns tied to 8 seasonal moments per year. Without a calendar, each one is a scramble. With the 3-Month Calendar, you see all upcoming moments in one view. Valentine's Day, Spring Sale, Mother's Day, Summer Collection, Back to School, Halloween, BFCM, Holiday Gift Guide. Each moment has a brief, a pre-generation window, and a creative library building automatically. You spend less time reacting and more time refining.

Common questions

How far in advance can I plan?

The calendar displays 90 days by default, but you can extend your planning horizon up to 12 months. Most users find that 90 days is the sweet spot: far enough to plan seasonal campaigns and product launches, close enough that the creative brief inputs are still relevant. Events beyond 90 days appear in a simplified timeline view and generate creative only when they enter the 90-day active window.

Can I import events from my existing calendar?

Yes. Connect your Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, or any iCal-compatible calendar and Mani imports relevant events automatically. You can also import from CSV or manually add events. The system suggests categorizing imported events as product launches, sales, seasonal moments, or content themes so it knows what kind of creative to generate for each slot.

Does the calendar generate creative automatically?

Yes, with your approval. When an event enters the 14-day pre-generation window, Mani queues creative for that event. The generated ads appear in your regular morning queue tagged with the calendar event they belong to. You review and approve them through the same workflow as your daily queue. This means your launch creative is ready and approved days before you need it, not scrambled together the night before.

Can multiple team members edit the calendar?

On Studio and above, your entire team can view and edit the calendar. Each team member can add events, adjust campaign briefs, and tag creative. Changes sync in real time. An activity log shows who added or modified each event. You can also set permissions so only certain roles can delete events or change generation settings.

What happens if I need to reschedule a campaign?

Drag and drop the event to a new date. Any creative already generated for that event stays associated with it and moves to the new date. If the rescheduled date is within the pre-generation window, additional creative generates to fill the slot. If the event moves further out, generation pauses until it re-enters the window. No creative is ever lost when you reschedule.

Is the 3-Month Calendar included on Solo?

The 3-Month Content Calendar is available on Studio plans and above. Solo users have access to a simplified 30-day view with manual event creation. The full 90-day calendar with automatic pre-generation, calendar import, and team collaboration is a Studio feature. Scale and Enterprise plans add cross-brand calendar views for agencies managing multiple clients.
