· WHAT IT DOES ·

Approve ads anywhere

Mobile Approval turns your phone into a creative review station. Every morning, Mani populates a queue of freshly generated ad variations based on your active campaigns and Brand DNA profile. You open the queue on your phone and swipe through each ad. Swipe right to approve. Swipe left to reject. Optionally add a quick note explaining why you rejected. Approved ads move to your "Ready to Publish" queue, where they wait for you to export or auto-publish. Rejected ads feed back into the AI model. The system learns which styles, headlines, and compositions you prefer and which you do not. After about 50 decisions, the quality of your morning queue improves dramatically. Most users report that after two weeks, 70-80% of their queue is approved without changes. This is a feedback loop, not a filter. The more you use Mobile Approval, the better Mani gets at generating creative you actually want to run.

· HOW IT WORKS ·

Three steps, every morning

  1. 1
Open your morning queue on your phone. Mani sends a notification when your queue is ready (email, SMS, or push notification if you use the PWA). Tap the link and the mobile-optimized approval interface loads in your browser. No app download required. You see a stack of ad cards, each showing the full creative with headline, image, and platform format tag. The interface is built for one-handed use.
  2. 2
Swipe to approve or reject. Swipe right to approve an ad. A green checkmark confirms and the card flies off screen. Swipe left to reject. An optional text field appears for a quick note like "headline too long" or "wrong product shot." You can also tap to expand any card for a closer look before deciding. Each card shows the platform it was generated for (Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn) and the campaign it belongs to.
  3. 3
Approved ads are ready to publish. Every ad you approve moves to your "Ready to Publish" queue. From there, export to any platform in the correct format, or let Mani auto-publish on a schedule you set. Your rejection data feeds back into the generation model. Tomorrow's queue will be better than today's. Over two weeks of daily use, the AI adapts to your preferences and the approval rate climbs.

· WHY IT MATTERS ·

Real scenarios, real freedom

Founder approving ads during commute

You run a DTC brand and mornings are packed. Between the school drop-off and the first meeting, you have twelve minutes on the subway. That is enough time to swipe through your morning queue of 5-10 ad variations, approve the ones that feel right, and reject the rest with a quick note. By the time you sit down at your desk, your approved creative is already queued for publishing. No desktop session needed. No Figma file to open. No Slack thread to review. Just swipe and go.

Marketing lead reviewing before standup

Your team standup starts at 9:30. You want to review the AI-generated creative before the meeting so you can share the approved batch with the team. Open the approval queue at 9:15. Fifteen minutes of swiping gives you a curated set of approved ads. Share the "Ready to Publish" link in your standup notes. The team sees what is going live today and can flag anything before it ships. No more "can you send me the creative to review" back-and-forth.

Agency owner between client calls

You manage creative for eight clients. Between calls, you have five-minute windows. Open the approval queue filtered by client. Swipe through the batch for Client A between your 10 AM and 10:30 AM calls. Do Client B after lunch. Each client's creative stays in its own lane, generated from its own Brand DNA. Your team sees your approvals in real time and can start formatting for delivery immediately. The gap between generation and delivery shrinks from days to hours.

· FAQ ·

Common questions

Do I need to install an app to use Mobile Approval?

No. Mobile Approval works entirely in your mobile browser. When your daily queue is ready, you get a notification (email, SMS, or push if you add Mani to your home screen as a PWA). Tap the link, and the approval interface loads instantly. No app store download, no updates to manage. The swipe interface is optimized for touch and feels native on both iOS and Android.

How does the AI learn from my swipe decisions?

Every approval and rejection feeds back into your generation model. When you reject an ad, Mani notes the visual style, headline pattern, and composition. Over time, the system generates fewer variations in styles you consistently reject and more in styles you consistently approve. After about 50 decisions, most users report that 70-80% of their morning queue needs no changes at all.

Can I add notes when I reject an ad?

Yes. Swipe left to reject, and an optional text field appears for quick feedback. Type something like "headline too long" or "wrong product" and the AI uses that specific note to improve the next batch. You can also voice-type the note for speed. Notes are visible in the team activity log so everyone sees why something was rejected.

What happens to approved ads?

Approved ads move to your "Ready to Publish" queue. From there you can export to any platform (Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, X) in the correct format and dimensions. If you have connected your ad accounts, approved ads can auto-publish on a schedule you set. Nothing goes live without your explicit approval.

Can multiple team members use Mobile Approval?

Yes. On Studio plans and above, you can invite team members to the approval queue. Each person sees the same ads but their decisions are tracked separately. A "consensus" mode requires two approvals before an ad moves to Ready to Publish. An "any" mode lets the first person who approves move it forward. Roles and permissions are configurable per workspace.

How many ads appear in my morning queue?

The queue size depends on your plan and generation settings. Solo users get up to 5 ads per morning queue. Studio users get up to 15. Scale users get up to 40. You can adjust the number in your settings. The queue populates overnight based on your active campaigns, scheduled calendar events, and any campaign briefs you have queued. Most users spend 5-15 minutes reviewing their morning queue.
