Mani writes the hook, matches a picture to every slide and sets the words, 4 to 8 slides at a time. Post them to Instagram as a carousel.

duolingo
  • "I don't have time to learn a language." You do. You've just been told the wrong amount.
  • The belief: it takes an hour a day. What's true: a few minutes, as long as they happen every day.
  • The belief: you'll start once things calm down. What's true: they won't. So the streak becomes the plan.
  • The belief: an app is just a game. What's true: the game is the point. It's what gets you back tomorrow.
  • So stop waiting for a free hour. Do one Duolingo lesson while the coffee brews, and guard the streak like rent. 🦉

duolingo A few minutes you actually do beats an hour you plan to do. Comment the language you keep almost starting. #duolingo #languagelearning #dailyhabits

strava
  • Most new runners don't quit because running is hard. They quit because nobody noticed.
  • Post a slow 5K on Strava and someone you know gives it kudos. It's small. It works. 🏃
  • Join a club and the Sunday run has other people in it. Skipping gets harder when they expect you.
  • Motivation runs out by February. Being expected somewhere doesn't.

strava For anyone on week two of a new running habit. Find a club near you and put one group run in the diary. #strava #running #runningcommunity

waze
  • Every jam on Waze was reported by a driver stuck in it before you. 3 ways to use that. 🚗
  • 1. Plan tomorrow's drive tonight Add the trip and Waze tells you when to leave, based on the traffic it expects.
  • 2. Share your ETA instead of texting "5 mins" They see where you are and when you'll arrive, updated as you drive.
  • 3. Report what you pass Crash, pothole, car on the shoulder. A couple of taps and every driver behind you gets the warning.
  • The map is only as fresh as the last driver who reported. That's why it hears about the jam before the radio does.

waze For commuters who leave at the same time and hit the same jam. Set up tomorrow's planned drive tonight. #waze #commute #drivingtips

From your website to Instagram

Slideshows arrive in your Burst deck alongside the other formats.

  1. Paste your website

Mani reads your site once and learns your look, your voice and your customers. It takes about three minutes.

  2. Swipe your deck

Each deck mixes slideshows with three other formats. Keep the carousels you’d post and skip the rest.

  3. Post it to Instagram

Choose Save and publish and it goes out as a carousel. TikTok carousels aren’t supported yet.

One idea per slide

One slideshow, slide by slide

  1. The view in the trail photo was real. It just wasn't taken this week. Check these five before you go. 🥾Hook
  2. 1. Read the newest reviews first Recent hikers mention the mud, the snow and the fallen tree. That's the trail you'll get.Point one
  3. 2. Check the climb, not the miles Five flat miles and five miles uphill are not the same afternoon.Point two
  4. 3. Download the map before you go Signal tends to drop right where the good views start. A saved map still shows where you are.Point three

You decide what goes out

  • Nothing posts on its own

A carousel only goes live when you keep it and choose Save and publish.

  • Pictures that fit

Each slide gets its own picture, picked for what that slide says.

  • Sounds like you

Captions come from your Brand DNA: your customers, your words and your language.

  • Skipping is free

Skip as many as you like. Only the posts you keep count toward your plan.

Questions about
slideshows

  • Is a slideshow a video?

No. It’s a set of 4 to 8 images in 3:4, posted to Instagram as a carousel. There’s no sound.

  • Can I post slideshows to TikTok?

Not yet. Carousels post to Instagram only for now.

  • Where do the pictures come from?

From Mani’s library of stills, or from photos you upload. Each slide gets a picture matched to its words.

  • How much text fits on a slide?

Up to 400 characters, so a slide can carry a full point. Most read best when they’re shorter.

  • How many slideshows can I keep?

Slideshows are part of Burst Mode, so they count as Burst posts: Solo keeps 20 a month, Growth 100 and Agency 600, shared across your brands.
