Our refund promise

The short version

If you are not happy with mani within 7 days of your first payment, we refund you. No questions asked. No hoops. No "tell us why" gate. Email us, get your money back.

Monthly plans (Starter, Pro, Studio)

Your first paid month has a 7-day refund window. If you email support@maniai.com within 7 days of your first charge, you get a full refund. After 7 days, the current month is non-refundable but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

Second month and beyond: no refund for the current billing period. Cancel before your next billing date to stop future charges. Your access continues through the end of the paid period.

Annual plans

Annual plans have a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. Refunds are pro-rated: we deduct the value of generations used during your subscription (at the per-generation rate for your tier). If you used 100 generations on the Starter annual plan, we deduct $15 (100 x $0.15) from the refund.

After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable. You can cancel to prevent renewal, and your access continues through the end of the annual period.

Top-up credits

Unused top-up credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Once a top-up credit has been used for generation, it is non-refundable. Partial top-up refunds are calculated based on unused credits only.

Enterprise

Enterprise plan refund terms are defined in your service agreement. If you need to discuss your contract terms, contact your dedicated account manager or email enterprise@maniai.com.

When we will not refund

We are straightforward about the exceptions:

  • Monthly plans after 7 days (cancel to stop future charges instead)
  • Annual plans after 14 days (cancel to stop renewal instead)
  • Accounts terminated for abuse, fraud, or terms violations
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting us (we always work it out if you email first)

How to request a refund

Email support@maniai.com with your account email and the word "refund." We process refunds within 3 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method. Stripe handles the processing.

Questions

How long do I have to request a refund? +

What about Enterprise plans? +
